The governing council is responsible for making policy decision and framing rules. it acts as an oversight body for the executive committee. the governing council comprises the following members :

The executive committee is tasked with managing the business affairs of the NCCAA. Its is empowered to regulate financial limits, fees and charges with the ratification of the governing council and make decisions regarding the day-to-day functioning of the NCCAA. the executive committee comprises the following members:

The terms of the governing council and executive committee shall be of permanent nature. however, a person relinquishing his appointment will cease to be member of governing council and executive committee. Similarly the new incumbents of these appointments will automatically become the member of the governing council and executive committee. However tenure of life members who will be invited to join governing Council/Executive Committee/State Working Committee as co-opted members will be restricted to a max
The President shall be the Head of NCCAA and shall preside over all meetings partaining to policy decisions and framing rules of NCCAA. He shall have the power to give directions in writing with respect to the functioning of NCCAA.
The Chairman Shall be the head of executive committee of NCCAA and shall preside over all meetings of the executive committee of NCCAA. He shall oversee all operations & functions of the Association and perform all the duties commonly incident to the office of the chairman including such other duties as the governing council shall assign. he shall have the power to give directions in writing to the secretary and/or treasurer of executive committee regarding the day to day functioning of NCCAA
Secretary shall be responsible on the executive committee for :-
(a) Maintaining an up to date list of NCCAA members.
(b) Arranging all meeting and programmes as approved, and coordinate annual events.
(c) Recording the minutes of all meeting and duly circulating the same.
(d) Dealing with all correspondence and maintaining all records and files of NCCAA.
Treasurer shall be responsible on behalf of the executive committee for :-
(a) Maintaining accounts of all the income and expenditure of NCCAA.
(b) Maintaining all books, files and records with regard to the above.
(c) Making payments under appropriate authority.
(d) Collecting money on behalf of NCCAA for the programmed event and issue receipts thereof.
(e) Ensuring that all expenditures incurred are in accordance with the aims and objects of the NCCAA and are in accordance with the procedures contained in these articles.
(f) Providing all necessary information to the auditors.
(g) Put up fund status to the governing council annually.
